Please confirm the terms and privacy/contact consent boxes, then tell us your team name and how many runners you wish to enter.

Please note: by ticking the boxes below I confirm that I am 18 or over and accept for myself and all others who are named on this entry that:

• Entrants will be medically fit to take part in the event and do so at their own risk.
• I take full responsibility for all entrants under 18 in the team and have obtained parental or guardian consent for any 16-17 year olds running unaccompanied
• I have read the Terms of Entry
• I have read the 'Runners Information' and the 'Privacy Policy'
• I understand that as this is a public event photographs and video will be taken. If you need us to remove a photo from the website please e-mail info@santasfunrun.org.)
• I understand that I will receive my entry confirmation and runners information by email.

Enter as many of your runners' details in one go as possible. You are able to add more runners to your entry (until Tuesday, 17th Nov 2026), but only one at a time, so this process is not really appropriate for adding many late runners. You could alternatively submit a second team (or individual) entry with the same team name, last name and post code, but please use a different email address (our mailing system does not allow duplicates). This applies to all entries - an email address can/must only be used for one team or individual entry.

If you are entering on behalf of 16 or 17 year olds running unaccompanied, please complete the applicant section with your own contact details. The runner's details are entered on the page after.

We ask for age information to help in the selection of Santa Suit sizes.
